Jackie Evans, M.D.

Jackie Evans, M.D. is a native Hoosier. She completed her medical training at IU Medical School and St. Vincent Residency in Indianapolis. She started in practice in 1989. She is board certified in Family Medicine. She provides complete family care. After 25 years of practicing obstetrics she will stop delivering babies in July of 2014. She is married to Jeff and they currently have 3 cats. They have a passion for collecting art and traveling.

Judith Sutton, M.D.

Judith Sutton, M.D. originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School. She completed her family practice residency at the University of North Carolina. She was an instructor at the Temple University Family Medicine program before moving to Indianapolis in 1983. She is board certified in Family Medicine. She enjoys seeing patient of all ages, and is particularly interested in preventive health and helping patients maintain healthy lifestyles.

Ann Collins, M.D.

Ann Collins, M.D. is board certified in Family Medicine. She traveled to both coasts for her education, completing undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego and medical school in Philadelphia, before returning home to practice in Indianapolis. Dr. Collins practices full spectrum family care for all ages. Her passion is helping patients to manifest intentions for positive lifestyle change to achieve better health and life balance. She is also interested in the impact of community on the well being of families and individuals. Dr. Collins has been recognized by her peers as an “Indy TOP DOC” in Indianapolis Monthly Magazine.

Dr. Shannon Joyce

Shannon Joyce, MD

Dr. Joyce is a native Hoosier who migrated to Kentucky to do her schooling (Morehead State- undergrad and University of Louisville for medical school). She returned to Indiana to begin a Family Medicine Residency at St. Vincent and remained there to continue training FM residents for nearly 15 years. For a time, she held the roles of both learner and teacher simultaneously while she completed a Geriatric Medicine fellowship.

Ready to pursue new interests, and find a better work-life balance, she spent nearly a year at home and enjoyed exploring with her insane crazy inquisitive children (9 yo son and 12 yo daughter). Eager to get back to work, she joined Cornerstone in May of 2013.

She is married, with 2 kids, and lives in Carmel. When she is not in the office, she enjoys embarrassing her children, photography, travel, reading, thinking big thinks, and raising her kids to be everyday explorers.

Donna Blake   Donna Blake, NP

Donna Blake is a certified family nurse practitioner. She had been a registered nurse for more than 20 years when she decided to go back to school to obtain her masters in family practice. She enjoys taking care of individuals of all ages. Donna is a native Hoosier and an avid IU fan, completing both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, gardening and playing with her pets.
